**One of our Bioscience clients is seeking a SEC Reporting Manager to own the preparation and filing of all external financial reports in compliance with SEC regulations and U.S. GAAP. This role will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our financial disclosures as a publicly traded life sciences company.**
This is a direct hire opportunity. Salary range: $125-140K

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Lead preparation and filing of SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other disclosures)
+ Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC rules, and internal controls
