Leadership role within the flagship digital platform programme, with ownership of content quality governance and user experience at scale.

Qualifications

• Over 6 years of experience across digital content, editorial, content QA, or corporate communications.
• Strong fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent editorial and linguistic capability.
• Proven experience in content governance, QA frameworks, and audit processes.
• Experience working with large‑scale digital platforms or government environments is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, digital accessibility (WCAG), and content governance and compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across complex organisations.
• Prior experience leading teams or functions in a structured environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and user experience.
