About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Section Head, Group Credit Policy Development to join our team at RHB Bank Berhad. In this role, you will lead the development, review, and implementation of Group-wide credit policies and frameworks to support sound credit risk management. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure policies align with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and the Bank’s strategic objectives.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead and manage the end-to-end development, review, and enhancement of Group-wide credit policies, guidelines, and procedures across retail, corporate, SME, and commercial segments.
• Conduct research and analysis on industry best practices, regulatory requirements (e.g. BNM, Basel), and emerging credit risks to inform policy development.
