Job Description

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Law, preferably in Corporate Law from reputable university.
  • Experienced working in public company is must.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager/ Assistant Manager specializing in Law/ Legal Services or equivalent.
  • Having experience in making contracts, business cooperation agreement (JV), merger & acquisition, and IPO.
  • Good understanding and comprehension on law subjects such as corporate law, property law regulation, contract negotiation & preparation.
  • Computer literate and good communication in English is a must (both oral or written).
  • Mature, detail, trustworthy and well-organized.
  • Must be willing to work in East Jakarta .
