- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher level with major in Business, Marketing or related fields
- Language: English - Business Level - Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in sales management, preferably in the fertilizer, chemical, or agricultural industry
- Strong general knowledge & proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers and partners.
- Willingness to business travel as needed
