Responsibilities
Lead group of technical estimators to drive lower costs and improved quality of estimates
Participate in management reviews and present cost estimating perspective supported by data and analysis
Develop team's skills and work developing talent gap and roadmaps to improve the team
Visit suppliers to benchmark manufacturing processes and improve quality of estimates

Leader that is willing to present facts and analysis even when not supported by others
Skills in putting presentations and ability to communicate in effective manner
Experience in costing and manufacturing processes- preferred Stamping and Welding assemblies
Ability to understand complex design and develop manufacturing value for the design at hand
