The Supervisor shall be required to perform supervisory duties that may include all or part of the responsibilities set forth below:
- Supervising the guard force;
- Conducting inspections of guards and guard posts.
- Investigating irregularities or incidents and writing clear and concise report.
- Supervising special function teams, such as mobile patrol units.
- Preparing reports and making recommendations regarding the discipline and termination actions.
- Reports to the Shift Supervisor and/or Guard Force Commander.
- Providing on-the-job training of subordinates.
- Ensure all guards are properly uniformed.
- Oversight of and responsible for quality control and contract compliance.
- Deploying guards for a shift or at a facility.
- Acting as a point of contact with the COR and GTM on operational guard force matters.
