**Selector (Pick and Pack Worker)**
**Location:** Charlotte, NC
**Working Hours:** 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday
**Pay: $20.00 an hour**

**Job Description:**
Kelly Services is hiring a temporary a Selector in a dynamic warehouse environment in Charlotte, NC. The main responsibilities will include operating an electric pallet jack, reach truck forklift, sit-down forklift, or order picker (cherry picker) to accurately select, label, and palletize products according to customer orders. You will use RF scanner technology, build and stage pallets for delivery, and perform equipment inspections before and after use.
Duties also include:

+ Hand selecting orders in fluctuating warehouse temperatures (non-climate controlled).
+ Stacking products on pallets in line with safety and order requirements (e.g., heavy items not stacked on light ones, proper labeling, etc.).
