Job Description
- Manages the overall seller experience and growth on SPX
- Lead sourcing, networking activities required to maintain a healthy pool of sales leads
- Generate, engage and convert available sales leads.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets on a month to month basis.
- Maintain high retention rate of sellers on SPX, crafting appropriate strategies & escalation channels to ensure continued growth.
- Provide periodic suggestions to supporting functions on areas of improvement, and be the main bridge between sellers and SPX for all feedback.
- Closely work with local and regional stakeholders on growth initiatives.
- Address daily ad-hoc issues faced from all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field, coupled with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience acquiring brands/sellers for an e-commerce platform is a plus.
