Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and resilient 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs within a Manchester-based Alternative Provision. Students you will support may present with a range of needs including anxiety, low self-esteem, challenging behaviours, emotional regulation difficulties, trauma-related behaviours, and attachment needs. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a long-term impact on young people who require additional guidance, security, and encouragement.
