This role is about trust, patience and showing up every day.
We’re looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to work 1:1 with a primary-aged pupil with SEMH needs. Behaviour can be challenging, but with the right support, this pupil can thrive.
You’ll be:
Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
Helping the pupil feel safe, understood and ready to learn
Working closely with school staff and external professionals
Making a real difference, one day at a time
