As a Specialist Teacher, you will deliver engaging, adaptive teaching that meets students where they are, both academically and emotionally. You will work with learners who may have SEMH needs, disrupted educational experiences, or barriers to engagement, helping them rebuild confidence, develop resilience, and re-establish positive learning behaviours.
