Salary: £186‑£251 per day

A rewarding opportunity for a SEN Teaching Assistant with experience supporting Secondary students with Autism. The role involves working closely with verbal and non‑verbal pupils in an inclusive classroom, supporting sensory needs and communication development. Familiarity with PECS.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to get involved in the community of this school.
• Familiarity with conditions such as autism, ADHD, and physical disabilities.
• Experience collaborating with parents, carers, and support staff.
• Establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.

Qualifications / Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven classroom experience or training.
