With flexible opportunities available immediately and throughout the academic year, this is an ideal role for individuals seeking daily supply, short-term placements, or ongoing flexible work within specialist and mainstream settings.

The Role

• Support pupils with a range of additional needs including SEN, SEND, PMLD, and SEMH
• Provide one-to-one and small-group classroom support
• Assist with learning activities, emotional regulation, and behaviour support
• Help create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to support pupil progress
