Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm

Pertemps Education are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Year 1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Acton from June.

We are looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant who has experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and is confident working on a 1:1 basis within a Key Stage 1 setting.

The Role

• Providing 1:1 support for a Year 1 pupil with additional needs
• Supporting the child's academic, social, and emotional development
• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support
• Using positive behaviour management strategies to maintain engagement and progress
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
