Experience supporting students with SEN, including learning difficulties, autism spectrum conditions, dyslexia, ADHD, or other additional needs
Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred
Strong understanding of differentiated learning strategies and teaching approaches
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students and families
Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and engage students of all abilitiesRole Details:
