Contract: Term-time only We are seeking a confident and dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive SEN College in Erith (DA8). This rewarding role involves providing 1:1 support to a male student with additional needs and some challenging behaviours. About the Role You will be supporting a bright and capable student who is currently reintegrating into college following a period of absence and working to a reduced timetable. The student is non-verbal and communicates using an AAC device. He has good understanding, is able to follow instructions, and benefits from structure, routine and clear expectations.
