Deliver high‑quality, personalised teaching to pupils with ASD and a range ofplex needs

Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual EHCP targets and developmental levels

Use a range ofmunication strategies, including visual supports, sensory approaches, and structured routines

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, support staff, and families

Create a safe, nurturing, and predictable learning environment that supports emotional regulation and engagement

Contribute to assessment, progress tracking, and personalised learning plans
