Secondary school can be a daunting place for any teenager, but for a student with SEND, it can feel like an impossible puzzle. We are seeking a resilient, relatable, and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support students aged 11–16 with needs ranging from Autism (ASD) and ADHD to Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.
Your goal isn't just to help them finish a worksheet; it's to give them the tools to navigate the classroom, build friendships, and gain the independence they need for life after school.
