Lead high quality SEND provision in a dynamic secondary setting, driving inclusive practice, strengthening support systems, and improving outcomes for learners with diverse needs.

About the school:
A mixed secondary setting for ages 11 to 16 offering strong inclusion, specialist support and a resourced provision for pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties.

About the role:
A full time permanent leadership opportunity focused on strengthening SEND strategy, enhancing provision across the school and supporting the trust’s aim to appoint an inspirational SENDCo.
