Responsibilities

• To achieve region sales target & productivity assigned by Management.
• Develop and implement local sales and marketing strategies, identify and secure potential business opportunities from bank.
• Monitor team’s sales performance results and engage in timely coaching sessions when necessary.
• Responsible to build strong and positive business relationship with bankers.
• Continuous effort to train new & existing bankers.
• Execute HQ & region office bancassurance activities.
• Respond to various requests including ad hoc from customers/bank/HQ.

Business Operations

• Ensure effective and efficient administration of day to day business operations in line with SOP across all support functions.
• Ensure all reports requested by Management & bankers are submitted timely.

Compliance

• Ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
