About the Role & Team
As a Senior Account Manager at IDC, you will be responsible for driving sales, growth and building long‑lasting relationships with existing clients (20%) and prospects (80%) within the Middle East (excluding Saudi Arabia) across the IDC portfolio of services.
What You’ll Do
- Individually contribute to the sales revenue for the Middle East region (excluding Saudi Arabia) by identifying and prospecting new business opportunities in the technology sector and keeping existing clients engaged.
- Focus on selling IDC's Research, Data, Custom Solutions and Events portfolio to key technology vendors across the region.
- Organize and drive face‑to‑face and virtual meetings with existing and potential customers to sell IDC Services, cultivating strong, long‑term relationships with existing and new clients.
