About the Role
Due to an internal move, we are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager for a permanent role within the service team. You will take ownership of a portfolio of service customers for the North Sydney Region. This role is responsible for managing long‑term customer relationships, maximising service revenue, and identifying opportunities to grow KONE’s share of the customer lifecycle. There will be some Business Development aspects of the role, where you are expected to win work, via leveraging relationships.
You will be measured on customer loyalty, retention, service growth and profitability while ensuring seamless collaboration across sales and operations teams.
