Responsibilities Ensure contracts perform within the agreed SLAs. Provide support and guidance to customers to ensure that projects run smoothly from development of initial concept to delivery of the end product. Map timelines and manage budgets through to delivery of the end product. Act as the first point of contact for escalation of any issues within the account team.
