Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Individual contributor role with a strong emphasis on teamwork and building relationships within both local public and private HLI sectors.
  • Drive and determination to consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a sales pipeline of at least 3x the assigned quota.
  • Achieve incremental and new sales from greenfield accounts, while minimising customer churn.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer base and enhance its market presence.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and timely expense reporting to support business planning.
  • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly metrics, manage a robust sales pipeline, and consistently meet sales goals.
