🥝 Senior Account Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for someone who can own client relationships – not just manage them. Someone who thinks commercially, acts strategically, and makes our clients feel like they’ve got the best digital partner they’ve ever had.

This is a senior role. You’ll lead on key accounts, drive growth across your portfolio, and set the standard for how we look after clients. You’ll also play an important part in developing the wider Account Management team.

If you’re the kind of person who builds genuine, long‑term relationships – someone who’s equally comfortable in a strategy meeting as they are picking up the phone to sort a problem – we want to hear from you.

Full‑time, permanent position (35 hours a week)

Location

Hybrid – work from our Lincoln or Grimsby offices, or from home.

Must be a UK resident with a valid driving licence.
