Position Overview

• This role is responsible for managing full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties and supporting corporate accounting functions, including reconciliations, financial reporting, and monthly close processes. It ensures accurate maintenance of general ledgers, timely processing of transactions, and compliance with reporting and tax requirements. The position works closely with the Assistant Controller and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounting tasks efficiently.
