Job Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting functions
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts
• Analyze financial data; prepare/review weekly and month-end accounting reports
• Prepare/review financial statements and report according to schedule
• Ensure compliance with GAAP
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
• Complete special projects as necessary
• Must be able to multitask and work on several clients in each given day

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or higher in Accounting
• Open to CPA and Non-CPA candidates
• 2 to 5+ years’ experience in a related position
