About The Role Pacera’s Finance team is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Accountant with a strong development mindset to take ownership of accounting activities across multiple group entities. This role will focus primarily on Finland, with additional responsibility for selected entities in the UK, Latvia, and Sweden.

Currently, accounting operations are outsourced to an external service provider. In this role, you will play a key part in bringing these activities in-house, working closely with the wider finance team to build efficient, scalable, and high-quality accounting processes.
