Accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank, fixed asset, payroll and general ledger accounting including account reconciliation and open item management.
Intra-group transactions and consolidation.
Payment transactions, dunning procedures, and reporting/statistics.
Preparation of preliminary VAT returns and determination of the tax liability.
Preparation and participation in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Spanish Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Exchange with tax advisors and auditors.
Interface function between subsidiary and parent company.
Maintaining and managing master data in the ERP system and participating in the development and documentation of new structures in the ERP system.
