ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting function is responsible for all external financial reporting, including SEC periodical filings, quarterly earnings releases, 401(k), and investor relations presentations. The role also serves an internal consulting function to address complex transactions and issues faced by the business.

• Support drafting of SEC filings in Workiva (Annual Form 10-K, Quarterly Form 10-Q, Quarterly Earnings Press Release on Form 8-K)
• Preparing or reviewing schedules to support financial statements and footnotes for SEC filings
• Preparing monthly journal entries and reconciling accounts for company's capital structure (debt and equity)
• Prepare monthly entries for share‑based compensation and assist in preparing forecasts
• Assist foreign subsidiaries with statutory requests related to stock‑based compensation
