Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Accountant based in the Western Cape to support our London‑finance team. You will specialise in service‑charge accounting (levy/property) for residential/commercial blocks (UK model) but operating from South Africa. You’ll work with our Service‑Charge Account Managers, Credit Controllers, Accounts Admins and Property Managers, ensuring smooth financial management of our client portfolios. We’ll provide full training on our UK‑style processes – if you’ve got strong property/levy accounting experience and want to step up, this is your chance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accruals, prepayments and trial balances for levy/service‑charge funds
• Prepare annual accounts (leasehold / company accounts) in line with international standards
