SENIOR ACCOUNTANT (Contract Role) Our client is an US healthcare company with a broadly diversified business across consumer, pharmaceutical and medical device segments. Duties and Responsibilities Reporting to the Manager, you will be involved doing the following:
- Statutory reporting and US Tax reporting for Legal Entity
- General accounting and account reconciliation
- Sarbanes-Oxley compliance (SOX)
- Preparation of Statutory Financial Statement and disclosure notes for Singapore Legal Entities which involve consolidating financial schedule of 11 internal business units.
