We are looking for an experienced Senior Advisor to lead and strengthen how the Electoral Commission measures, understands, and communicates its performance.
This is a pivotal role working across the organisation to develop meaningful performance indicators, support evaluation activity, and deliver high-quality reporting to governance, Parliament, and the public. You will help ensure the Commission can clearly demonstrate the impact of its work—particularly in the lead-up to and delivery of the General Election.
Partnering closely with Strategy, Risk and Assurance, and Data and Insights teams, you will bring together data, evidence, and narrative to tell a clear and compelling performance story.

The salary for this role is $108,140 - $120,160
