Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new affiliates to run CPA RS and hybrid campaignNegotiate partnership terms and manage the affiliate budget including commissions and payouts
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure optimal ROI; report results to senior management
- Maintain timely invoicing and ensure accurate and on-time commission payments
- Communicate daily with partners providing ongoing support and growing the affiliate networks
- Collaborate with marketing creative and development teams to optimize affiliate acquisition efforts
- Represent the company at industry events and create content for affiliate newsletters and promotions
