Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of overall experience, or


• Master's degree with 8+ years of experience


• Prior experience as a Senior Scrum Master with exposure to Agile transformation initiatives


• 1–2 years of direct Agile Coach experience is sufficient


• Strong background driving Agile process maturity and organizational change
