We are hiring a Senior AI Deployment Lead/ Senior Implementation Lead to join a pioneering company building a new category of AI native enterprise transformation across energy, government, defense, and industrial sectors. This organization is currently shaping the future of industrial technology by deploying advanced AI solutions across the GCC region.

The Role

This is a high-impact, systems-builder role acting as the critical bridge between Engineering, Product, and GTM. You will be building the playbooks, structuring account pods (SA + FDE + TAM), and executing complex enterprise implementations simultaneously.

You will start as a hands-on Senior Implementation Lead, proving the model and stabilizing rapid client onboarding, with a direct track to evolve into the Director / GTM Leadership as we scale.
