Senior Analyst - Economic and External Strategy

We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Analyst to take a leadership role in the Treasury’s international programme. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of domestic economic policy and global developments - helping New Zealand navigate an increasingly complex and interconnected world.

You’ll contribute directly to how the Treasury and the Minister of Finance engage internationally - building relationships with key counterparts and influencing economic outcomes that matter for New Zealand’s long-term prosperity.

Scope of Role

• The Treasury and Minister of Finance’s international engagement, including with international financial institutions, APEC and the OECD, and building connections in the Pacific
