Description
:Support Americas’s Indirect Tax Team audit defense by gathering, analyzing and reconciling large sets of data; assist with other audit support documentation
Ownership and main point of contact for escalated sales tax refunds related to taxability issues and buyer exemptions; work closely with Global Customer Service and Buyer Exemption Teams
Review category mappings and support AI learning for enhanced taxability
Assist America’s Indirect Tax Team with other special projects or miscellaneous duties as assigned
Perform ad-hoc tax technical research
Collaborate with Customer Service, Product and Engineering, Finance, Shared Services, and the broader Tax Team
Requirements:
Experience with U.S. sales & use taxes is required; understanding of marketplace facilitator legislation preferred
