The Senior Analyst, Operational Innovation is an execution-focused delivery role within the Operational Innovation & Enablement group. The role supports the delivery of operational development and readiness initiatives across RBC CM COO through process and opportunity assessments, solution development, continuous improvement, and knowledge management. The individual translates business requirements into innovative functional solutions, operating collaboratively within established governance frameworks and strategic directions.
