Overview We are seeking a talented individual to join our Systems Administration team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City - Paseo. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
Responsibilities - Implement and support back-end systems and applications.
- Act as technical lead and/or project manager for small to mid-size projects.
- Participate in critical initiatives across NERA, Actuarial, OWG Tech, and MMC Tech.
- Analyze trends and perform root cause analysis.
- Create knowledge and improve process efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with the team and business stakeholders.
- Provide escalation support and back up Help Desk and local support teams.
- Manage technology assets, patching, and provisioning.
- Mentor team members and provide leadership.
