We are seeking a Senior Application Production Engineer to ensure the operational stability, support, and deployment of e/mBanking applications and related APIs. The role is focused on RUN / MCO activities, incident diagnosis, application support, and release execution across multiple environments and technologies.
⇒ Main Responsibilities
Perform incident diagnosis and coordinate technical resolution with relevant teams. Execute deployments, releases, and configuration changes using XL Deploy, XL Release, and CI/CD tools. Support application runtimes across Linux and Windows environments. Contribute to production stability, operational improvement, and release readiness. Work closely with development technical leads and other support teams to resolve cross functional issues. Participate in the on-call rotation and ensure service continuity during operational events. Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
