As a Senior Asso ciate, Builder AXP, you will play a hands-on role in translating strategy into real-time journeys using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the U.S. You will lead all phases of the product lifecycle—from ideation to launch—by developing and optimizing Next Best Action (NBA) journeys that meet member needs and deliver measurable business outcomes. Post-launch, you will monitor performance, gather feedback, and iterate to ensure journeys remain effective and relevant across customer segments.
