JOB PURPOSE

To undertake various aspects of Debt Capital Markets work, which includes preparing proposals and working papers for clients, preparing submissions to relevant government authorities, and preparing public documents.

Key Requirements

Assist in growth of the Department’s fee income.

• Assist in preparing proposals to clients, letters of appointment, submissions to authorities and public documents.
• Assist in the internal credit approval process (including preparing credit application memorandum) for loan assets and/or underwriting/subscription of bonds or sukuk.
