About the role:

The Sr. Associate will help promote the organization's India work plan, and at the same time deliver both flexible unrestricted and project funding from sources that do not conflict with the organization's mission. Specifically, you will:

• Need to have grounding in or knowledge of issues of fundraising, development, and sustainability.
• Communicate and amplify the organization's work and main messages
• Manage external connections to cultivate valuable new ideas, opportunities, and outcome, team player, and professional.

Location: New Delhi/ Mumbai

Duration: 1 year as term hire (extendable based on performance and project
