Oversee and mentor a team in Fiber Testing, Fiber Provisioning, and Fiber Rectification operations. Ensure compliance with operational procedures and engineering standards in all work conducted. Monitor contractor adherence to safety protocols in line with the Work Health and Safety Act (WHSA) and enforce the use of necessary safety equipment. Manage assigned projects by collaborating with various stakeholders, providing guidance and support. Address escalations and fiber outages after hours on an as-needed basis. Provide daily updates to the direct supervisor on work assignments and maintain relevant documentation. Requirements
