Job Description
Make an Impact by: - Manage project & work closely with engineering on GPON/XGSPON project implementation to realise and ensure fault‑free service roll‑out to customers & network infrastructure.
- Manage commissioning of new OLT to meet project timeline.
- Manage and liaise with vendors, engineering and operation teams on fault simulation investigation, and problem analysis.
- Manage, maintain, and enhance inhouse broadband servers including but not limited to security patches, and OS update.
- Accessing and managing firewall policies via the command line interface
- Analyse and review the vulnerability scan & security report for inhouse servers.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal stake holders, equipment and service providers and partners to ensure swift and efficient resolution of faults.
