As a Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L2) at NTT DATA, you will maintain our clients’ IT infrastructure and systems, ensuring smooth operation through proactive monitoring, incident resolution, and change management.
Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor, identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and problems.
- Manage work queues and address incidents and requests within agreed SLAs, updating tickets with actions taken.
- Identify, analyze, and log issues before they escalate to maintain service quality.
- Collaborate closely with other teams and clients to provide second‑level support and efficient problem resolution.
- Execute changes meticulously, mitigate risks, and contribute to the change management process with detailed documentation.
