- Plan, manage and execute campaigns / roadshows to acquire union members
- Collate and analyse membership data to track effectiveness of recruitment efforts and drive best practices.
- Conduct environmental scan for new companies to organise and follow up with organising activities
Membership Retention
- Plan and execute retention campaigns / programs to reduce member attrition
- Maintain regular contact and gather feedback from members to improve services and programs
Gift Procurement
- Oversee the procurement and distribution of membership gifts
- Ensure timeliness of the entire process which will include gift selection, vendor selection and interactions, doing up and managing the timeline for distribution to members
