Commercial responsibility for sourcing, identifying, underwriting, delivering and leasing logistics projects in Spain, managing budgets and delivering targeted financial returns in line with the Marq Logistics business plan, whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. Play an integral part in the growth and development of the local business, maintaining an interactive relationship with Investment & Asset Management colleagues plus Core Support.
